Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@asterialondon.com. We will do our best to help, but once your order has been dispatched it can no longer be changed. You can always request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

The available sizes are listed on each product page. Not sure which size to choose? Email us and we will gladly help you find the right fit.

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase is required.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Transit time is 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday), so the total delivery time is 5–12 business days. See our Shipping policy for full details.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking link. More information on our Track your order page.

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us before sending anything back. See our Return policy.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order.

Please contact us immediately at contact@asterialondon.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will work with you on a solution as quickly as possible.

Once your return has been received and approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
