Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Asteria London processes, ships and delivers your order.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all UK orders. There is no minimum order value.

3. Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days
  • Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (UK time)

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (UK time), or on a weekend or UK public holiday, are processed from the next business day. During busy periods such as sales and holidays, processing may take a little longer; we will keep you informed if there is a delay.

All delivery times are estimates. Occasionally delivery can take longer because of courier delays, bad weather or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. More information on our Track Your Order page.

5. Delivery Restrictions

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, BFPO/military addresses, or locations our delivery partners do not serve. If your address is affected, we will contact you to discuss the options.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. In that case a new delivery charge may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please email us at contact@asterialondon.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and, if the parcel is lost or damaged, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
